2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons (such as November, December, and January), processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

4. Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or via global tracking services such as 17Track. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Address Accuracy It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete (including house numbers, apartment/unit numbers, and postal codes). We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us or held by the carrier due to an address error, any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to "address unknown" or "no one available to receive," please contact the local carrier immediately using your tracking number to arrange a re-delivery or local pickup.
