A lab-created gemstone first discovered inside a meteorite in 1893. It carries more fire than a diamond — a higher refractive index, more brilliance — and rates 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it built for everyday wear. Every Lumière stone is independently graded D color, VVS1 clarity.
Many of our customers do. Our moissanite stones are visually indistinguishable from a diamond to the naked eye — and they outperform one in brilliance. The meaning is in the piece, not in what it cost.
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, measure in millimetres, divide by 3.14. Match the result to our size chart on the product page. If you're between sizes, go up. For absolute precision, any local jeweller can measure you in under a minute.
Every piece is crafted in S925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish on silver pieces and a thick 14K or 18K gold finish on gold pieces. Nickel-free, skin-safe, and built to hold up to daily wear — not just special occasions.
Not with proper care. The rhodium finish on our silver pieces is specifically designed to prevent oxidation. Our gold-finish pieces use a thick 14K or 18K gold coating that resists discolouration when kept away from perfume, chlorine, and saltwater. The short answer: wear it, remove it before the pool or shower, store it in its pouch. It will last.
With daily wear and basic care — years. The finish fades fastest through contact with chemicals (perfume, sunscreen, cleaning products) and abrasion. Keep it dry, store it properly, and it will look like the day it arrived for a long time. If anything ever falls short of that, our lifetime warranty covers it.
Soak for 2–3 minutes in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap. Gently brush with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a microfibre cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners — they can loosen hand-set stones over time.
